On 13th May, Deputy Party Secretary & President Wang Shangyi, Vice-President Wang Chuan long and other six leaders visited NENU. At the meeting, Sheng Lianxi, Party Secretary of NENU introduced the historic reforms, construction and reform of a modern university, as well as the carrying-out of scientific research of NENU. Wang Shangyi introduced the cultural characteristics of Shanxi Province, historic reforms and current situation of Taiyuan Teachers’ College. Issues such as conferring degrees, training of graduate students and discipline construction were also discussed.
