Sponsored by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Finance and undertaken by Committee of Youth League and Art Troupe of NENU, as one of the activities of "Elegant Art Entering College Campus", Central Opera House NENU Concert dropped its curtain successfully. More than a thousand of teachers and students watched the wonderful performance brought by Central Opera House and Jilin Symphony Orchestra.
The concert was conducted by Zhu Man, a young conductor from Central Opera House. Our country’s famous singers Liu Hongling, Ruan Yuqun, Wang Hong, Li Shuang, Wang Haimin, Liu Yiran, Geng Zhe, Li Yunkuan, etc gave a brilliant performance of scenes of three classical operas Carmen, La Traviata and Turandot .Students from Art Troupe of NENU also joined some of the interactive performance with the famous opera performing artists actively and won great acclaim from the audience.
This concert performed by Central Opera House, together with the former performance brought by National Peking Opera Theater, forms the whole system of "Elegant Art Entering College Campus" and becomes a significant platform for our university students to get close to elegant art.
