From June 20th to 21st, held by Work Union (Women Association), NENU’s 2009 faculty table tennis team match took place in the table tennis hall in activity center stadium of the main campus. Zhang Zhiguo, Vice-President of NENU and director of the working committee of sports and arts of NENU delivered a speech in the opening ceremony and kicked off for the match. More than 200 athletes from 45 representative teams took part in the competition.
After fierce competition, the representative team from School of Medium Science and School of Life Science won the man’s championship and woman’s championship respectively; the representative team from School of Physics and School of Fine Arts got the man’s second and third place and the representative team from Library and School of Chinese Language and Literature obtained the woman’s second and third place respectively.
