On June 25th, sponsored by Department of Commerce and undertaken by NENU, the opening ceremony of “2009 training course for college presidents from African countries” was held. 20 university presidents from 13 African countries took part in the training class. Responsible personnel from Jilin Provincial Business Department, Jilin Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, NENU’s Vice-President Zhang Shaojie as well as responsible persons from International Cooperation and Exchanges attended the opening ceremony.. During the following 21-days studies, the participants will attend the lectures from related experts; make discussions and investigations, etc.
