Recently, International Conference on Gender and Social Transformation-Global, Transnational and Local Realities and Perspectives was held in Beijing. More than 200 scholars and experts from 5 continents, 24 countries and regions and 27 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China attended the conference.
Four theses of NENU were selected and read out in the conference. Associate Professor Lv Kangyin and Grade 2009 PH D. student Wang Wen form School of Education Science represented each one's forum and made a summary speech on the conference.
