Recently, the Planning Leading Group Office of National Philosophy and Social Sciences has announced the result of 2009 national social science post-funded projects. After going through a series of procedures such as qualification examination, anonymous assessment and meeting-based evaluation, the project on "Cultural Development and European Medieval Literature" applied by Professor Liu Jianjun from School of Chinese Language and Literature of NENU was approved.
This year, a total of 68 projects have won the fund on 10 subjects: Chinese history, world history, Chinese literature, foreign literature, philosophy, science of religion, archeology, linguistics, demography and library information and philology.
