On November 7th, sponsored by the Social Science Department of the Ministry of Education and undertaken by National Social Science Research Management Association for Higher Education and Chongqing University, 2009 China Higher Education Forum on Philosophical Social Science was held. At the forum, the executive council of the association was held to accomplish the 4th personnel change of the council. NENU, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, Zhejiang University and some other universities were elected the vice-president units of the association. In the meantime, President Assistant and Director of Social Science Management Liu Jianjun of NENU were elected the vice-president.
