On November 13th, Han Changfu, Vice Party Secretary and Governor of Jilin Province, came to NENU on invitation and made a splendid situation report for more than 1000 teachers and students at the library report hall in College of Humanities & Sciences of NENU.
In the report, Han Changfu introduced the achievements that had been made since the rejuvenation of Jilin old industrial bases, the current economic situation and the development goal of Jilin Province in the coming year, the improvement of people's livelihood, and the current state of development of higher education, vocational education and compulsory education throughout the province. During his report, Han also spoke highly of the construction and development of NENU and based on his own experience, he then gave some suggestions and wishes to NENU.
After the report, the delegation made an investigation on the construction and development of College of Humanities & Sciences of NENU.
