The 3rd plenary session of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) opened in the Great Hall of the People at 3 pm today. Two CPPCC Members from NENU, Party Secretary Sheng Lianxi and Vice President Xue Kang, attended the meeting in Beijing.
The meeting is scheduled to last for 11days, and will be concluded on March 13th.
