Lately, the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) and the Chinese Women's Research Society (CWRS) convened the third general meeting in Beijing.
At the meeting, the Excellent Achievements Award and Excellent Organization Award of the 2nd Chinese Women's Studies were presented by the ACWF and CWRS. Center for Women's Studies of NENU won the Excellent Organization Award. The research report by Professor Wang Jing, Investigating on the living conditions of Aged Women in 100 Villages of Jinlin Province, was awarded third prize of excellent research report. In addition, Zhao Ying, Deputy Party Secretary of NENU and director of Center for Women's Studies of NENU, was elected the standing director of the third Chinese Women's Research Society in the election.
