NENU was awarded the "2009 National Model University for Helping Graduates with Their Job-Hunting" on a meeting convened by the Ministry of Education. At the meeting, NENU was one of the six universities to give a talk and share views on how to help graduates with job-hunting. The talk was given by Mr. Yang Xiaohui, NENU's Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Vice President.
Altogether 50 universities won the title, among which NENU was the only normal university under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education. This is another laurel given to the work of graduates' employment of NENU, after winning the other two titles "National Advanced Unit for Job-Hunting" given by the State Council and "National Advanced Unit in Education System" jointly awarded by the State Council and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
