Recently, approved by Taiwan Affair Office of the State Council and the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of the Ministry of Education, 24 teachers and students from NENU went to Taiwan for a 12 days' exchange visit. During their stay, they visited six universities in Taiwan―Taiwan Normal University, Hsinchu University of Education, Changhua University of Education, Kaohsiung Normal University, Taitung University, Pingtung University of Education. This is the second time NENU has sent teachers and students to Taiwan since 2007.
