From September 10 to 15, Vice-president of NENU, Zhang Shaojie, visited North Korea at the invitation of the second President Forum of Universities of China and North Korea.
The attendees included the related officials from International cooperation and exchanges in the Ministry of Education, China Scholarships Council, North Korea Education Committee, and North Korea China Friendship Association Central Committee. Presidents and related teachers of 12 Chinese universities including Tsinghua University, Fudan University and NENU and 12 North Korean Universities including Kim Il-sung University and Kim Chaek University of Technology also attended the forum. During the forum, Organization Committee arranged a series of activities of president forum, international book fair and visits.
