Recently, in the 2010 National Martial Arts Routine Tournament for College Students, Li Mingyang, graduate student of grade 2010 from School of Physical Education got the gold metal in two events: blade and two apparatuses. Besides, Yang Song, undergraduate student of 2008 got the silver medal in the event of nine-section cudgels. The representative team of NENU got the bronze medal in the group event.
Altogether there were more than 500 participants from 49 colleges and universities nationwide. This tournament is a martial art pageant of the largest scale in recent years with more than 40 individual events.
