On December 17, the briefing of the Ministry of Education [2010] (NO.236) introduced the detailed measures of NENU advancing the college culture construction with the title of "NENU Takes Measures to Advance the College Culture Construction". It entails three aspects, namely, "an all-round construction of the organization of the college culture construction", "a systematic construction of the content of the college culture construction" and "building up the advancing carrier for the college culture construction".
