On Sep. 30, to celebrate the 62nd National Holiday, NENU's 48th sports meeting was held. Ren Fengxia, vice chairman of Jilin Provincial Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, together with some leaders of Jilin Province and the leaders of NENU attended the opening ceremony where torch lighting ceremony was held. Altogether 19 schools participated in the competition and School of Education Science won the first place.
