On December 19th, the expert group consisting of Director Jin Zhongxiang of the Planning Office under Jilin Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, and other 5 researchers attended the evaluation meeting of the research base of Jilin characteristic culture (featuring history and culture of Manchu state). At this meeting, the panel made a review on the Japanese Research Institute’s application.
After listening to the feasibility study report carefully, the panel made a complete peer-review of the preparatory work,the infrastructure construction, the data collection and the development plan. Finally they gave a comprehensive evaluation report and authorized the Japanese Research Institute of NENU to set up a research base of Jilin characteristic culture featuring history and culture of Manchu state.
