On March 9th, the Party School of NENU held the College Party School training conference which was attended by Vice-Party Secretary Ma Shang and 20 other people including Vice-Presidents of College Party School and office directors.
At the conference, as an attempt to standardize and strengthen the work of the College Party School the responsible members of the Party School of NENU proposed specific requirements including the specification of the guidelines of holding the conference, the perfection of the functions of the party organization to ensure the normal operation of training, the improvement of the teaching management to enhance the teaching quality, and the strengthening of the leadership to ensure the implementation of all security measures. The problems demanding attention in the later training work were discussed at the conference as well. Vice-President Ma Shang, in his speech, gave a full confirmation to the training work done by College Party School in recent years and put forward three requirements concerning the later training work. Firstly, College Party School should pay more attention to the training work and strengthen the organization as well as leadership. Secondly, College Party School should have more communication with part-time teachers giving Party lectures so as to enable Party lectures to integrate theory with practice. Thirdly, the responsible members of College Party School should give Party lectures in person in view of the real situations of each school.
