Recently, the research group led by Professor Liu Yichun of School of Physics constructed synapse bionic devices with the employment of InGaZnO material. Synapse is capable of self-learning and memorizing. This device realized multi-biological synapse function within one simple inorganic component. Related essays have been published on International issue ADV FUNCT MATER (2012，22：2759�2765) and the title of this essay was published on the front page of this journal to report. China's proceedings (16th October A4) reported this research outcome as well.
