On November 16th, the Municipal Government held the Opening Conference of "the Promotion Project of the Elementary Education of Changchun". President of NENU, Liu Yichun attended the conference.
"The Project of the Elementary Education of Changchun" focuses on quality education, including 18 key working programs, involving more than 1700 middle schools around the city, more than 760 000 middle school students. The year of 2012 is the commencing year of this project. Based on NENU, the Research Institution is supported professionally by 10 experts and consultants. The establishment of this Research Institution is another huge action of NENU to provide service for elementary education.
