On April 23rd, the library of NENU launched on-campus reading activities for cultural building to celebrate the 18th "World Reading Day".
The activities, on the one hand, aim to make teachers and students "love books, choose and read good books". On the other hand, it is designed to encourage their participation in the cultural construction of the library and create a sound environment for reading. Specifically, these activities include a symposium named "developing reading into a habit and thinking a companion", a series of lectures on searching and utilizing skills of professional resources, open day of the library, exhibition and sale of excellent Chinese and foreign books as well as an essay contest named "the library in my mind". These activities would last until the end of this year.
