NENU Teacher Hired as Vice Chairman of Steering Committee on the Fourth Library and Information Service of University

In the past few days, Steering Committee on the Fourth Library and Information Service of University was established by the Ministry of Education, and Liu Wanguo, the researcher of the NENU library was hired as the vice chairman.
