June 9th is the International Archives Day. On this day, archives held activities of the 2013 "International Archives Day" series in two campuses simultaneously, including "Walking into the Archives" exhibition and "File Services" on-site consultation.
During the activities, knowledge concerning files, laws and regulations of archives, library resources, file services, file collection scope and requirements was publicized through the exhibition. The staff answered questions of general interest and called on people to pay attention to the accumulation and retention of the file data. A proposal to collect and donate character files and school history data was also launched. Previously, the archives had held a meeting of "International Archives Day" series.
