During the meeting, the two sides discussed development goals and annual plans of Confucius Institute at the University of East Asia, and reached  consensus on the further cooperation between the two universities. Confucius Institute at the University of East Asia was founded in 2006, which is the first Confucius Institute established by NENU in cooperation with foreign universities.
