On September 17, Deputy of Party Secretary, Zhao Ying and Wang Yan, together with Vice President Feng Jiang visited experimental areas for educational innovation in Yongji, Dongfeng and Mei Hekou, extending greetings to trainees, and in compliance with Party's mass line on educational practice, authorities carried out researches by taking their suggestions.
During their visit, university authorities together with local Education Bureau leadership, cooperative school leadership and teachers as well as alumni of NENU held a panel discussion. After debriefing their study, work and life of trainee teachers and students, NENU authorities asked their opinions on talent cultivation, teaching and service for basic education. When discussing with trainees, authorities listened to their reports and asked their opinions and advice on subject setting, teaching and undergraduate training.
Ever since educational practice in line with Party's mass line was launched in July, NENU listened to public voices all the time. This visit to experimental area was a move to expand seeking for opinions from the campus to the outside after launching special research, exclusive interviews, follow-up visits and questionnaire inquiry. This visit marked the coming of Mid-Autumn Day. University leadership brought moon cakes to trainees and teachers and also expressed their festival greetings.
