Recently, the China Science and Technology Information Institute held the “2013 Statistical Results Conference of China’s Science and Technology Articles”. NENU as a representative of national colleges and universities gave an invited lecture at the conference. Statistical results of the 2012 China Science and Technology Papers were announced. 801 papers of NENU as the first signature unit were recorded on SCIE (extended version of SCI), EI, CPCI-S (originally ISTP).
In recent years, with the core idea of “Intensifying Connotative Development, Stressing Quality Improvement”, NENU has been making effective efforts to promote the transformation from quantity to quality in its scientific research. Number of SCI articles being cited as well as number of citation has increased year by year.
