Recently, Associate Professor Gao Zhimin from the School of Music, also a member of Byzantine Historical research team of NENU, was invited to attend the Fourth Session of the International Byzantine Music Culture Seminar held in Athens, Greece. As a representative from China, Gao Zhimin read the paper entitled with “Byzantine Music Research in China”, which attracted extensive attention from international scholars at the conference.
