From December 5th to 11th, NENU Vice President Feng Jiang and three other staff went for a visit to Shih Chien University, National Pingtung University of Education, National Kaohsiung Normal University, National Taichung University, and National Hsinchu University of Education.
In Taiwan, Feng Jiang had meetings with the representatives of the five universities and visited the exchange students from NENU. After an introduction of NENU’s development and achievements, Feng Jiang expressed the hope to establish profound, effective and substantial cooperation with the visited universities in disciplinary construction, teachers' development, talent cultivation and other relevant fields. Through a series of discussions, NENU and the five Taiwan universities reached a preliminary agreement in such aspects as sending scholars for short-term lecturing mutually, recommending students for Master's degree, setting up teacher training programs, and cooperating in research and development.
