In October and November, the Comparison among University Laboratories in the three events of "Identification for the Structure of Unknown Organic Compound", "Analysis for the Phase and Microstructure of Unknown Powder" and "Measurement of Chromium Content and Lead Content in Soil" which was organized and developed by the Science and Technology Development Center of Education of Ministry ended. The Center of Analysis and Test of NENU got satisfactory results in the three events.
There were 52 university laboratories in total in the comparison. Among 35 participating laboratories in the event of "Identification for the Structure of Unknown Organic Compound" ,23 laboratories got satisfactory results. Among 34 laboratories participateing in the event of "Analysis for the Phase and Microstructure of Unknown Powder", 25 laboratories got satisfactory results. And 27 out of 33 laboratories got satisfactory results in the event of "Measurement of Chromium Content and Lead Content in Soil".
NENU has participated in the events of proficiency testing and comparison between laboratories organized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China and the Science and Technology Development Center of Education of Ministry in recent years, which monitored the detection quality of the Center and ensured reliable test results. The results of this Comparison showed that the Center of Analysis and Test of NENU had a relatively strong power for identification of unknown material and tests of heavy metal element of low content.
