Recently, the election result of 2012-2013 excellent volunteers of NOTCFL/ the general office of Confucius Institute has been announced. The volunteer of NENU to the Confucius Institute in University of East Asia Song Shuping was entitled "Excellent Volunteer".
The "Excellent Volunteer" is elected annually to praise and encourage the volunteers with outstanding contribution when working in Confucius Institutes. The Confucius Institute in the University of East Asia was set up in December, 2006, co-established by NENU and the University of East Asia. It is NENU's first Confucius Institute worldwide.
