The WeChat public flat of logistics services takes "micro service, serve warmheartedly" as the service idea, and aims at approaching the needs of teachers and students and solving actual difficulties. The service of this flat mainly includes catering, accommodation, maintenance, network and management of One-Card. Sections of feedback, complaint and monitoring, and advice offering are also set up, facilitating the participation of teachers and students in the management of logistics service.
