On March 16, NENU held the contest of instructors' professional expertise, and 12 full-time instructors from 9 schools participated in the contest. The programs involved keynote speech, case study and situation talking. With the assessment, one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes were presented.
NENU has always been attaching importance to the cultivation of instructors' professional abilities. It not only supports instructors in participating in specific trainings of provincial level, but improves their ability steadily by means of "weekly discussion, monthly communication" seminar class, case collection system, working in grade system and on-position exchange system.
