They have also won the honor of best debaters. This is the best result NENU students have achieved in this competition
The debate tournament in northeast areas (HUC-CDEN Debate) is organized and sponsored by International Debate Education Association (IDEA) and Chinese Debate Education Liaision Group (CDEN). Undertaken by Harbin university of Commerce, it is a world-known debate competition joined by American William University and Pacific Lutheran University.
