On September 25th, “Ri Zhi World History Award”, financed and established by NENU, and named by Sir Lin Zhichun (Ri Zhi as his pseudonym), had its first award ceremony in Beijing. Deputy Minister of Education Li Weihong, the chief of Department of Social Sciences Zhang Donggang and other relevant staffs, president of NENU Liu Yichun, vice president Han Dongyu and relevant staffs from Division of Social Sciences and College of History and Culture attended the meeting. Celebrities of history circle from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and some colleges, friends and students of Lin Zhichun, representatives of academic and press circles and representatives of new media, in total more than 30 people attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Han Dongyu.
