The SSCI (A&HCI) Funding Program of High Level Papers has been launched in NENU recently. Twenty six papers received the first funding, through personal application, recommendation, approval of professor committees in schools (faculties), and assessment of experts held by NENU.
The quantity and quality of international retrival papers is an important index of the development of discipline and scientific research. Although the quantity and quality of international retrival papers in NENU has developed to a certain extent in recent years, there are still many difficulties and bottlenecks. The SSCI (A&HCI) Funding Program of High Level Papers was officially launched after relevant investigation, including analysis of relevant statistical data, expert counseling reports, discussion of major issues, focused financial support and other measures. It is planned to make a great improvement both in quantity and quality of international retrival papers in NENU in three to five years.
