On the report Long Man firstly gave an introduction to the function of China Scholarship Council, and the related policies and the overall situation of the Chinese government funded overseas study. Then, he elaborated the policies about the selection size, the selection objects, the selection majors, the application requirements, the application materials and process, and gave a detailed introduction to the do’s and don’ts when applicating. After the report, Long Man and some related project leaders of Division of Planning and Development communicated with the students and teachers at present.
