released the list of the Most Frequently Cited Chinese Researchers in 2014. The
names of Eight professors from NENU are on the list, that is, Professor Bai Zhidong
, Professor Fan Meng and Professor Jiang Daqing (transferred to other places) selected
in the field of mathematics, Professor Shao Changlong selected in the field of
physics and astronomy, Professor Liu Yichun selected in the field of material
science, Professor Wang Enbo and Professor Wang Xinlong selected in the field
of chemistry, and Professor Guo Yixing selected in the field of chemical
engineering.
The research data for the list of the most frequently cited
Chinese researchers in 2014 come from Scopus database, belonging to Elsevier.
Scopus is the largest academic theses index of peer review abstracts database
in the world, which supplies data on massive amounts of literature, authors and
research institutions related to scientific research, and makes it possible to
analyze and evaluate scientifically Chinese scholars’ world impact.
