The famous former CCTV host, Jing Yidan, attended “Carrying forward Lofty Character---NENU Forum Of Cultural Celebrities” at the invitation of Publicity Department of the Party Committee and School of Media Science, and gave a speech entitled “the Changed and the Unchanged of Newsman in the New Media Vision”.
On the report, Jing Yidan reviewed her experiences in the journalism, and talked about the future development of Chinese television industry. She hopes that the journalism major students can adjust to the development and changes of media with a long-term view, basing on solid foundation of professional knowledge. The report was warmly welcomed by the students and teachers at present. After the report, Jing Yidan had a discussion with the teachers and students.
Before the report, a ceremony was held for appointing Jing Yidan as the adjunct professor in School of Media Science. The Vice-president Han Dongyu issued the letter of appointment.
