On June 20th and 21st, sponsored by the Committee of Linguistic Theory Teaching and Research of National Chinese Modernization Society, School of Literature in NENU hosted the 4th International Symposium on Linguistic Theory and Teaching Research. Nearly a hundred of experts, scholars and graduates attended the seminar, who come from Peking University, Beijing Language and Culture University, Nankai University, Jilin University, Hunan Normal University, Xinjiang Yili Normal University, Iowa State University, Northeast Normal University,, and other universities and research institutions. The Vice-president of the Committee of Linguistic Theory Teaching and Research Professor Hu Xiaoyan from School of Literature presided over opening ceremony.
