On November 7th and 8th, the 40th ACM-ICPC Asia Hefei Regional Contest was held in University of Science and Technology of China. 97 competing teams of 61 universities took part in this contest.
After a heated rivalry, three teams of NENU all won awards, which include Team Daedalus (Members: 2015 postgraduate Zhang Ligang, Yang Maoyu, 2012 undergraduate Li Miaoyang) coached by professor Li Hui of School of Computer Science and Information Technology in NENU won the Silver Award. Team Bayes (Members: 2013 undergraduate Wang Lei and Wu Xiaoli, 2015 postgraduate Cai Yongjian) instructed by professor Yin Minghao won the Bronze Award. Team Booqmz(Members: 2013 undergraduate Qin Shuxin, Ma Yuchi and Zheng Jinxin) instructed by Pan Wei of School of Information and Software Engineering of NENU won the Bronze Award.
