Recently, in the evaluation of the Five Tops Outstanding Sinology Projects carried out by the Scholastic Department of the Central Communist, the Secretariat of the National Association and the Office of the National Juvenile Job Committee, Chinese Ancient Poetry Chanting Group of the School of Literature of NENU was awarded as the National Outstanding Students` Sinology Association.
Chinese Ancient Poetry Chanting Group of the School of Literature was established in October 2007. It aims at inheriting the traditional culture, passing the power of Sinology, cultivating the interests and improving occupational skills. It becomes an effective carrier for students of NENU to study and disseminate the traditional culture.
