On January 8, the 2015 National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in the Great Hall of the People. Party and State leaders Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, Liu Yunshan, Zhang Gaoli attended the conference and presented the awards to the winners. The project "The Regulatory and Functional Research of Low Dimensional ZnO Material Carrier" which was presided and completed by Professor Liu Yichun of NENU won the second award of National Natural Science. Professor Liu Yichun was on behalf of the winning representatives to be met by Party and State leaders and accepted the interview of the CCTV and the China National Radio. Meanwhile, the members of the project and related staffs attended the awarding ceremony.
