On June 26th, the graduation and degree-awarding ceremony for students in Grade 2016 of NENU was held in the comprehensive gymnasium. 3406 undergraduates, 3082 postgraduates and 401 foreign students graduated.
In the ceremony, Liu Yichun, president of NENU, delivered an address to all the graduates. Teacher representative Wang Deli, dean of the School of Environment, and student representative Liu Yuhang, an undergraduate student in Grade 2012 from the Faculty of Marxism, and foreign student representative Mithun, an undergraduate student in Grade 2012 from the School of History, all made speeches with emotion.
