Scholars of NENU Representing Made the Initial Exploration China First Went to Egypt for Field Archaeology

Recently, invited by Peter Brand, the professor of Egyptology at University of Memphis and director of International Cooperation in Archaeology of Karnak Temple and approved by Supreme Committee of Cultural Relics, Prof. Li Xiaodong at World Ancient Civilization Institute of NENU along with NENU Egyptology study, went to Karnak Temple for field archaeology. They are the first batch of Chinese scholars engaged in Egyptian field archaeology.
