Published:August 18, 2017 Review:

Hosted by our university, undertaken by Nanobiology Sensor Analysis Laboratory of the College of Chemistry, which is a key laboratory of universities of Jilin Province, "Seminar of 2017 Life Analysis and Nanotechnology" was held on August 17th. More than 100 scholars and students from the universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Xiamen University, Hunan University, Jilin University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology attended the seminar.

At the opening ceremony, Su Zhongmin, Deputy Director of the Office of Education of Jilin Province, spoke highly of the construction of scientific research base, scientific research level, scientific and technological innovation and achievements transformation of our school. He stressed that the nano biology sensor analysis key laboratory of College of Chemistry of NENU is established in the needs of scientific and technological, economic and social development of Jilin Province, oriented to the international academic frontier research field with the characteristics of research direction. The establishment of the key laboratory greatly promoted the rapid development of life analysis and nanotechnology of Jilin Province. Then, Ma Xiaoyan, NENU's vice president and deputy secretary general of Party committee, briefly introduced the general situation of the nano biology sensor analysis key laboratory of College of Chemistry, such as personnel training mode, team building, discipline construction and scientific research, student education service and construction work.

This seminar includes two plenary lectures and fifteen keynote speeches. Through various reports, scholars have studied the forefront and key scientific issues in life sciences, analytical chemistry, and nanoscience related disciplines, including the topics, such as biosensors and devices, biochemical analysis and molecular diagnostics, biomaterials, nanotechnology. The seminar will promote the academic exchanges of analytical chemistry of our university, and exert profound influence on the development of life analysis and nanotechnology research.
