In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of 2017 freshmen and improve the self-help and self-defense abilities about fire, NENU and Changchun City Fire Brigade jointly organized a series of fire fighting propaganda and education activities in our main campus and Jingyue campus between 28th and 30th in August. More than 4,000 people participated in the activities. Staffs from all the sections responsible for the safety came to the scene to observe fire fighting operations. The activities included two parts,fire knowledge education training and safely escaping skills.
The event inspected the freshmen's fire safety awareness and ability in campus, and opened the prelude of series of campus safety training and education activities for the 2017 freshmen. NENU will continue to carry out safety education lectures , high-level apartment evacuation practice, laboratory fire safety training, indoor venues guide evacuation rescue and other special training activities to the new students enrolled.
