Natural Science Museum of NENU held a series of activities to celebrate the "National Science Popularization Day" and the "Fifteenth National Science Popularization Week" of Jilin Province in 2017 under the theme of "innovation -driven development and elimination of ignorance with science" on September 16th.
The activities include some special exhibitions, such as free admission of "Science Popularization Day", lectures of "Environment and Human Health" and "Biological Fossils and Evolution Theory", production experience of "Innovating Scientifically with Skillful Hands, Making Prospects with Wisdom"，prize quizzes of "Green development, Green life" and theme exhibition of "Protection of Wild Amur Tigers". More than 4000 visitors joined the activities and this event has strengthened public awareness of discussing, loving, learning and using science, and enhanced scientific and technological interest and innovation vitality of the public.
