Shinichi Kawai, President of Aichi University of Japan and other two representatives visited NENU on October 21st. President Liu Yichun met the delegation, accompanied by Zhang Jingping, director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange.
During the meeting, Liu Yichun briefly introduced NENU's history, current situation and friendly exchanges with foreign countries to the delegation. Shinichi Kawai introduced the basic situation and characteristic projects of Aichi University to Liu Yichun. The two sides exchanged views on academic exchanges of teachers and joint training programs of students.
After the meeting, the delegation discussed with the students of Aichi University who are studying in our university.Aichi University is NENU's sister university and the two universities signed MOU in 2011.
Aichi University which was founded in 1946 is a comprehensive private university of humanities and social sciences. The university has three campuses, namely Nagoya campus, Toyohashi campus and Kurumamichi campus, and comprises 7 faculties and 8 graduate programs with 10500 students in total.
