Recently, the nineteenth session of the Qi Yue Recital Festival and the National Collegiate Recital Competition Finals came to a successful end at Communication University of China. At the highest level of recital in China, 2015 undergraduates Qi Chunzan and Sun Xiaoqian guided by Wang Yang won the Third Prize for their recital works Lotus Creek and the most beloved university students award.
After winning the award, Qi Chunzan represented NENUl in the 19th Qi Yue Recital Festival. He not only got the guidance of popular broadcasters Ouyang Xia Dan and Kang Hui, but also worked with representatives from Tsinghua University, Peking University and Renmin University of China and other domestic colleges and universities to jointly read the work, "Young Chinese Voice" fully demonstrated the positive spirit of contemporary college students.
Since 1997, in order to commemorate Mr. Qi Yue and other senior artists, to heritage and carry forward the "Qi Yue spirit" and to the represent the fine tradition of the new Chinese broadcasting industry, Art Academy of Broadcast Host of Communication University of China began to organize "Qi Yue Recited Festival", which is the highest level of reading art for Chinese colleges and universities. In 2013, it changed its name to "Qi Yue Recitation Festival and National Collegiate Recital Competition".
