2017 International Student Award Ceremony and 2018 New Year's Party was held in our university on December 19th; and Wang Yan, deputy Secretary General of the Party Committee of NENU attended the event and made a speech.
Hosted by the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, teachers from more than ten schools and institutions, such as the International School of Chinese Studies and International Academic Exchange Center, and nearly 900 international students participated in the party.
A total of 135 international students, including Edward, were honored at the award ceremony and they were encouraged to make persistent efforts and continue to be models in learning, scientific research and life.
The New Year's Party began with Cameroon student Li Ke's song "Toast It, Friends". Later, the international students performed singing and dancing and cross talks such as "Chinese Kung Fu" and "Full of Knowledge". The wonderful performance won bursts of applause from the teachers and students.
